Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 7 days of placing the order.

Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

Products are eligible for return/replacement only if they are:

Damaged during delivery,

Have a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
